"The restaurant Kreuz in Obersteckholz is located directly on the Melchnaustrasse and has enough parking. I was back in the restaurant "Kreuz" with my mother (also made of upper cutlery). When I made the phone reservation, I got a very nice and attentive service and then received a very friendly welcome in the restaurant. In the summer months, a stay at the “Kreuz” is recommended especially on the terrace (garden restaurant). It is a culinary delight with an atmospheric landscape panorama. Because of the bad weather, we enjoyed lunch in the restaurant. We have an excellent food that comes exclusively from products from local, nearby producers. Christophe Buchmann and his team convince with their friendly, competent and inventive way. With much love, chef Christian Nussbaum prepares the dishes creatively, beautifully and attentively. The value for money is very good. I'll be back soon!"

"Great food, but why wasn't the guest ordering duck breast asked about how she wanted the meat cooked? The salads were very good, the Ingwer soups too. Why did we have to wait forever to order our wine and wait again, in an empty restaurant, to have it served? The vegetarian dish was very good and the meat dishes too. I didn't like the interiors of the place, too many clocks, too much stuff all over and a cat jumping on laps."
