"The menu choice was good. And the food delivered. Portions are bigger than expected if you are from Europe. Service was less than standard. Staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and request.We had to ask 3 times to get something we ordered. If you are after good food and do not mind the service you will have decent food and left overs to takeaway if you desire. Menu choice is great from seafood to dessert and everything in between."

"A very lovely setting with indoor and outdoor space. Foods are relatively affordable for an outlet on the island. Only issue was the time spent waiting to get the food done. But overall, a lovely place to go hangout and spend time. The store has just one toilet space for both genders"

"I have been here before and i enjoyed my food and service. The complimentary popcorn is very tasty. Had the pepper chicken but substituted the rice for plantain, we also had the grilled prawn which was very nice. Service was a bit slow maybe because of the time of day we went. I would recommend if you like pancakes!"

"I think Black Olive has a great space and the chairs are pretty comfortable (something I never say about half of the restaurants I visit in Lagos). I enjoyed the service and I thought it was good. The food, however was just basic for me. There was nothing particularly note worthy about all I had. I had high hopes for the goat curry but well, it was just there for me. The pasta tasted okay though. Anyway, generally, I like that I felt very full. It’s also very hard to come across restaurants that give you that filling factor. I’d definitely come back. Try something new on the menu and see."

"Terrible, bad customer services, cannot own a mistake or make correction on it, delivered a cake, with a wrong name and wrong color and can't do anything about it. This is so terrible. Telling me to get another cake, so that they can redo the rubbish again."
