"My husband goes to this KFC all the time to get to jumbo popcorn chicken he decided he wanted them again today and I wanted to try the new Mac and Cheese Bowl we went there right before 11:00 had to run a few errands after we got our order so we didn't get home till 12:00 p.m. get home to find out that they just gave me a regular bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy I brought the receipt back to them told them that I was supposed to get a mac and cheese Bowl and instead they gave me a mashed potato bowl with chicken in it my husband always gets a simple order of the two Jumbo chicken I guess having something more complicated than that is unable to be done will not go back to this KFC"

"While the staff is very friendly and usually helpful, the food is absolutely terrible, especially for the price. On multiple occasions I have found hairs in food, as well as what appeared to be meat and a piece of bone in a vegetarian dish, which is completely unacceptable. I would not eat here for free on a UTK meal plan."

"There Mac n cheese was cold I tell ya I could of took it out if refrigerator and it be warmer. There chicken was great but they was out of mashed potatoes for the 5 dollar fill-up bowl but had mashed potatoes as side orders? So I chose Mac n cheese instead if potatoes since they was out and it was horribly cold."
