"This place is absolutely amazing! Honestly the best part of visiting Knoxville for us. The staff was so kind and actually greeted you when you walked in the door. I had a cold brew and my boyfriend had the iced white and black mocha. Much better thananything you can get at Starbucks or Dunkin? Donuts! We also got an assortment of macarons and chocolates and they weredelectable! I will definitely be visiting next time we come back. The store itself is a little small on the inside but they dohave outside seating a cute flowers hanging across as you walk in. Wish I could give them 6 starts!"

"Came here on a lark in June 2021, and loved it. When I planned a return trip to Knoxville, Awaken was definitely on my list of places to come back to. The Black Bear latte is just so good. The bacon breakfast burrito was also tasty and the perfect size. I also appreciate convenient bike racks."

"I live in North Knoxville so I do not get to go as often as I would like. Their pastries are amazing! My favorites are the meat pies and the guava filled! I started out with their German hot chocolate and then their medium roast pour over coffee! I go on Saturday and meet my daughter there since it is half way between for both of us! The people are wonderful and if you enjoy trains you can watch them too while enjoying your coffee!"
