"Short staff? Yes. Interesting COVID regulations? Yes. Was the food a touch slow? Yes. Now, was I went there for great. Yes, it was AWESOME! The lady at the counter even have me an insider price tip for the 3 piece meal with gravy that I ordered. I was impressed. Value added above expectations. ABSOLUTELY! And let's be honest, I don't go to KFC for ice cream. I go to DQ"

"45 minutes stuck in a lineup in the drive through between 11pm and 1145. Didn't lose my cool on the staff as they only had one person back of house and 1 person running front till bit whomever manages this location needs to exercise some better judgement. Way under staffed on the night before Canada day. At least 10 other people experienced this fiasco on the night of June 30th. I really have to point out that they should have turned out the lights and sign and put a note up apologizing for understaffing and any inconvenience rather then have us herded like cattle in the drive through with no way to get out. Horrible service. Burger King is a fast food joint as everyone knows, and the quality, prices, portion sizes have all been moving in the wrong direction to line corporate coffers and now they can't staff there locations? Spend your dollars elsewhere...they should have comped every meal that went through last night. I don't even consider it real food anyways and neither should anyone reading this. Done with my rant..... They get an absolute 0"

"My first Jamaica KFC experience. Locals love KFC while most Canadians hate it. And there is good reason for the difference of opinion. Here, KFC takes good! No stomach ache after, no hands dripping with grease. The seasoning is nicer, and they actually hand cut the chicken nuggets. It's kind of pricey as is most food here, and there will be a lineup, but worth trying only to be shocked by your taste buds."

"Nothing bad or special against this fast food chain. The restaurant was just like any other restaurant. We received fresh chicken and good soda pops. The service was very good and friendly. A nice place to eat lunch or dinner."
