"I LOVE SOUP!This little gem on Laval St. is worth venturing off the beaten path a bit.Homemade soups, sandwiches, wraps and quesadillas etc. Eat in or to go. It's a must go for anyone craving Mommas home cooking.Hearty soups can be bought frozen and ready for the weeks lunches. Just inquire at the front.Omg the SOUP IS LITERALLY TO DIE FOR HERE.And breakfast served hot too until noon!!!?Note: They close at 3pm and are closed on Sundays."

"I was happy to see several vegan options on the menu. The most heartfelt seems to be the Buddha shell. While tastefully I found being a little light, and I almost sprinkle on the Beet Spear sunflowers. I say that suffocation is probably due to my rapid consumption by hunger. On the positive side, the staff is super friendly and it is a cheerful ambience. I will probably return as there are some vegan options available in Kamloops."

"This is my absolute favourite place to eat lunch! I am gluten- and dairy-free so I can always find delicious choices, and even dessert! Everything is so fresh, tasty, and warms my tummy. The atmosphere is great and homey. Highly recommend it!"
