"Food is good I like it but omg their service is so bad now! They hire this new waitress they’re terrible, I have to go to the front desk to order because otherwise they take for ever to come and serve you in your table, they don’t bring you the drinks the past times I had to grab them myself, they don’t bring you napkins or take forever to bring you the utensils, they forget what you ordered omg bad, train them better I’m sorry but before I used to get excited to come over now it stresses me out ?"

"Placed an order on DoorDash for delivery from this location. Honestly, it 's impressive how badly they messed it up . Most egregiously, they delivered chicken nachos....without chips or chicken. They literally sent us a bowl of cheese. (Normally, great, but without chips, kind of useless). The Impossible taco salad was missing it 's namesake protein (we were literally sent a bowl of lettuce and beans) and the least botched order, a chicken burrito bowl, seemed to be a random conglomeration of every topping I didn 't order. The rest of the order was so bad I 'm truthfully glad they forgot to include our side orders; I 'm afraid of what they would have turned that into. Honestly, I 'm at a bit of a loss to understand how they could have botched a simple order this badly. We tried to contact the restaurant, and they told us that they were out of impossible meat. We asked why they didn 't just call us and offer to substitute or cancel the order, to which we were told they had no way to contact us , which simply isn 't true when ordering through DoorDash."

"I love this restaurant! They have tasty food, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that restaurant is very experienced, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. "I am writing to recognize the entire team at our Hoboken, NJ Chipotle. My daughter and I have loved Chipotle for years, and would always purchase in NY, however, since the pandemic, we have been fortunate to have Chipotle in our backyard! The food is incredible, always!! But, it's the staff, the local team that makes it all worthwhile!!! Without them, we wouldn't be able to enjoy your amazing food!!!! The team has changed so many times over, but no matter what they have been faced with, they have always persevered!!!!! You are all rockstars!!!!!!!A special shout out to the OG team which included Kevin, both original Lisa and the newest Lisa, Bella, Puma, Tony, Jay, Dana and so many others that have gone on to other endeavors...I wish you all the best!!!Most recently, a brand new elite team has been created which includes Kelvin who's leading the way, Tania, Alyssa, Hayden, Sebastian and the entire newest team, thank you for all you do each and every day! It finally again feels like you yourselves are the new OG team because it feels the same as before, where you have found your groove and what not just works best but what is best across the board!! You've created an inviting, comfortable atmosphere where your team is in sync and your customers are happier than ever!!!
