"The food is pretty good. I had the one at the Orange Park Mall food court so I figured this one would be about the same and it was. The food is decent for a food court. I ordered the bourbon chicken and I got two sides and bread. I got green beans and some corn and then a piece of bread and shared with my son. They didn't seem to want to give me an extra plate for him though."

"Decent Burgers.. I always get the burgers here when I go. Usually when I'm in town, I always go- this location is handy, but it has it's share of trendy folks in here, which I don't jive with...especially in my overalls (I get the funny looks . <br/ <br/ Anyway, everything I've gotten here is decent and hot (or cold and even the fries are hot and crispy. I think they use peanut oil on them, but don't salt them very much- which is fine with me. They do have some of the most satisfactory sweet tea from a restaurant in Jacksonville. Oh, and park across the street at the Bank of America once it is closed. Finding parking down here can be a pain in the , so don't go on Saturday nights. If you go during lunch, there's a great place to get a good cigar just up the street. That's what I like about it. :"

"I'll give it 2 stars for convenient downtown location and excellent DJ/music! But OMG they have the worst service of any establishment I have been to in Jacksonville. The barmaids appear to have a SERIOUS attitude for no apparent reason (especially with other women). They don't assign/send waiters to tables, not even reserved tables, to take food or drink orders.....They behave as if you are bothering them by approaching the bar. It should never take 30-45 minutes to get one drink. This could be an excellent lounge if they would only hire and/or train their staff much much better."
