"I stopped by to order a catfish plate. First time at this establishment. While sitting down, I smelled a funky/smelly odor coming from either the seat I was in or the table. Either way, cleaning would greatly improve the wait. Also, it was HOT inside, no A/C blowing whatsoever. I got my food in a reasonable time but it wasn't good to me. I didn't eat the fish, and that's a first because I don't believe in wasting food. I will not be returning."

"If I were to get up and walk out I would be chased down to pay my tab. But every time I come here the service is literally a chase. The time it takes for someone to walk up to your table and take your order to the time you need a refill is just annoying. You have to literally flag down any server just to get anything done. We automatically tip %18 which is robbery. I prob will not be back until the tipping policy is adjusted to where we can tip what is actually earned.On the brighter side the crab rice and oxtails are a win. The oxtails are great actually. And the lemonade is great.But I will be missing out until I get word that the service is better."

"I got a shrimp platter and 2 eggs. The platter was under whelming But the garlic butter sauce With those eggs was everything. I ate the eggs first and then dunked everything else in that bag. That sauce saved the meal .The shrimp were dry and fries were almost dry as well . possible reheat and serve, however I will return for that sauce lol."
