"Absolutely fantastic classic and Hawaiian Chinese bakery. We have the manapua, white sugar cake, Sweetheart Cake and Custard Bun. The outside was perfectly crisp, sweet and sticky; the bread was soft, tender and fluffy; the filling was sweet, salty and delicious. No complaints. Perfect texture, simply sweet enough, ingeniously fermented flavor. Just that the pastry could be a bit flaky. Custard Bun: Filling is great, but the bungalow is somewhat dense and it was cold and not fluffy enough. Overall, maybe the best Chinese bakery I've ever been with a long shot. STRUCTURE Manapua: 10/10 White Sugar Cake: 10/10 reaction Sweetheart Cake: 8/10 compliant Custard Bun: 6/10"

But overall few of their dishes suited our tastes. TIP: We used Chinese to add notes to the chef in DoorDash."
