"Hotel information not available inside. Parking signs at the hotel not available. There is an insufficient number of parking spaces, 15 pieces for hotel and 100 people restaurant, and also a dedicated business street. Parking badly lit. Reception not occupied, lubrication note with telephone number and announced waiting time at the reception. Room only for advance payment. Hotelflur unilluminated, sensors do not work. Hotel rooms living and extremely noisy to the fully travelled main road. No air conditioning, weak heating, bathroom and sanitary area unclean. Breakfast more than simple. Breakfast power requires multiple unfriendly repaying of the room. NO BUFFET, as advertised, available in the week. Only Friday and Saturday night and only upon reservation. Quality of rice dishes undertesting badly and completely overpriced. Meat must be sought, simple seasonal vegetables above average much present. Staff unfriendly and not customer-friendly. Attention! Drink! You will be asked to order drinks, otherwise you will be charged a multi-charge. I have not experienced this in 35 years of travel. This hotel consists of one floor in a former outbuilding of Hotel Andersen, the escape route descriptions are still referred to as Hotel Andersen. W LAN not usable. Extraordinaryly negative has been noticed by the constantly ill-launched, choleric chief, who treats his employees like slaves and correspondingly shy. Conclusion: Finger away, this hotel is the pure pure fall, in this price opponent there are plenty of good to very good alternatives in and around Berlin."
