"Great venue, neat as a pin, good staff, but I won't be back. Firstly, as with any cavernous all wooden/glass space we found the deli very noisy, so anyone sensitive to sound or using hearing aids would be uncomfortable. Unfortunately the background piano music soundtrack merely added to the cacophony. Secondly, I thought the menu was expensive for what it was. and expensive in comparison to other cafes in the village. We had one scone with butter and jam, 2 teas and one piece of cake which came to £15.10. Lastly, the food itself. The scone was dry and overmixed, lacking in flavour. The jam portion was tiny. Luckily the tea was good (teabag, hot water.. what could go wrong? but you needed it with every mouthful of that dry scone. The cake was good, (again small portion but at that price? Not good value for money. Sorry to say but with so much competition nearby I won't be returning any time soon. Pity, as parking is good and the grounds are lovely."

"Get from here every week. The salted chilli chicken (wet) is delicious and the chips are great (not like oven chips that some Chinese sell). Moved near to it 7 years ago and have never had any complaints."

"I have always loved their chicken kebab with house sauce. There was always plenty of sauce and it was quite spicy. Hadn’t had one since before lockdown and was really looking forward to it. What a let down. The chicken was bland and the very small amount of sauce was completely tasteless. Total waste of money"
