"In the middle of the heidelberger stadtteil rohrbach. from the outside the restaurant looks very appealing. beautifully restored old building with flair, beautifully decorated in the outdoor area, small beer garden and terrace area on site. the list of food offered is very long, starting with breakfast, pizzas and various pasta dishes, pancakes, ice cups, arancini, coffee and cakes antipasti waffles, crepes .and weekly changing special offers. the interior of the locals is bright and modern, although quite simply furnished. After the service staff had consistently ignored us for a few days, we were allowed to request a loud call and attract their attention. This means no greetings, food cards are almost wordless, you almost felt disturbed even though you wanted to eat something. we briefly considered whether we should change this locally, but decided because it was already quite late at 20.00, we had starved and that locally had many good reviews on the Internet. Maybe we caught them on the wrong foot, so all the new beginnings, everyone deserves a 2nd chance while I decided well for a pizza Rostica with spectacle, mozzarella, mushrooms, planks, fresh basil and Pomodoro, came crispy from the wood carving oven with 14.00 euros, but in the upper price segment, especially since the pizza is not only fancy. I could refresh a granita orange juice choir, sugar. my friend had only a small small little fertilizer and enjoyed well with homemade cheesecake and Latte Macchiato special nuts on the edge of the latte with Nussella to my friend heavenly painted. The restaurant remained behind our expectations. the name illegally tasty is better to expect and in this case maybe a bit too high stacked. "It’s hard to find a good Pizza place in Heidelberg, but this place was the one. The crust was exactly how I wanted it, toppings were not too much not too little but the perfect amount, friendly service, very clean. I would love to try their Döner and Falafel."

"The next time we come to one of the wonderful pizzas and a cola, this sentence is taken from the current issue of the espresso gastroguide. After a visit to the Italia restaurant, however, I wonder what the editors understand as a wonderful pizza. I've never been serving such an unsightly pizza, except myself, and this pizza came from my home oven. The sight of the pizza really drove me a little horror, especially given the price (8.80 for a pizza with salami and ham). This shows Leone D'oro, not even 50 metres away, as it is right. After the pizza has been fed, the word is finished? A question of whether it tasted is quite unusual, strange. Admittedly, the Dessert (Panna Cotta with Fruit Rondell) was well and quite beautifully presented. My conclusion: If you have too much money and are willing to pay up to 10,00 for a pizza at frozen level, the Italia is welcome to join. All others look at the Leone D'oro mentioned above or even better at Da Raffaele in Mannheim."
