"Perfect place for an upscale dinner before theater. Our server mentioned the note I had left in the Open Table app regarding the 8 pm curtain, and he made sure that we were on time. We had skirt steak and a venison special, both of which were delicious. There is an excellent wine list, service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting."

"This is a fun restaurant close to Infinity Hall (in case you are going for a show). The atmosphere is 'industrial chic ' and upbeat. Before the meal they serve bread along with an interesting cracker/ tortilla. Both were very good. For dinner I had the chicken entree which was also very good. It was served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. The only issue was there was too much water from the vegetables in the bottom of the plate making the mash potatoes a bit soggy. For dessert I had their flourless chocolate cake. I thought it was pretty good. Not the best I 've had but good. All in all a good meal for the price which wasn 't cheap but not crazy expensive either. Our server Hailey was excellent and very pleasant."

"Today me and my husband visited the Hartford location and we were immediately greeted by Kevin, the assistant manager. He was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. He provided thorough explanations of what we asked about, and he took the time without rushing us in any way. He had a genuine desire to give us a great experience. We also encountered a woman working on the food line named Bree. She was wonderful. She smiled at us and was also very helpful during the entire ordering process. These are the encounters and customer service experiences that give me faith and hope that it still exists out there. I am hoping that each and every employee will take notice of their behaviors and learn to be how they are, to provide the customers with a wonderful experience, on top of the food always being impeccable. We were very satisfied with our visit today."
