"This is my second time visiting this restaurant. The first encounter I found the service to be very slow. It has improved since. The music is great however it is very loud and the person taking orders appears to have a hard time hearing customers. The food is overpriced for the portion and quality. The passion fruit frappe was not all that good. The mofongo and shrimp was too garlicky. I will more than likely not come back. Their sign “We don’t return money or exchange orders, please confirm that your order is correct before making payment” appears to be very arrogant and not customer service friendly. I suggest lower the volume of the music and prices. I understand that they have to make money. The menu posted on the plexi glass is dark and overwhelmingly filled different items. My suggestion is they lighten the menu or make it bigger more visible to read."

"When I first came to UHa in 2002 from jersey/NYC, it took me a while to find some decent pizza. This place was a godsend and absolutely the best NYC style pizza around. As a college student the double slices were a godsend. Years later I moved back as an adult to work at ESPN and they had moved into a larger space while keeping the same awesomeness. I used to bring pies to work all the time and everyone loved it. Glad to see Joe still crushing it?..he is absolutely one of the nicest dudes you?ll ever meet and takes pride in his business and it shows. Also literally on the exit ramp on rt 84 so always a great pit stop when driving thru."
