"Da Elena is a nice small Italian restaurant in Hamburg (district Eppendorf) at 10 minutes walking distance from U-bahn Haltestelle Hudtwalckerstrasse (8 stops with U-1 from Hauptbahnhof). The owner Elena is very friendly. We enjoyed a wonderfull bruschetta, a lovely salad with goat cheese, delicious housemade ravioli. We were pleased we didn't go without trying some dessert: a fantastic tiramisu and panna cotta."

"Der Service im Restaurant war nicht gut. Es dauerte, bis ich überhaupt begrüßt wurde und der Sonderwunsch, Paprika auf eine Pizza zu bekommen, konnte nicht erfüllt werden. Das Getränk wurde schnell geliefert, ebenso wie das Essen. Die bestellte Pizza Salami war leider nicht gut. Der Teig war nicht richtig durchgebacken und die Tomatensoße nicht wahrnehmbar. Sehr sparsam war der Koch bei der Salami. Insgesamt war die Pizza sättigend aber qualitativ nicht gut.Das Ambiente des italienischen Restaurants modern jedoch teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt."

"Situated in quit part of Eppendorf with possibility for outdoor seating, the owner welcomes you and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is like a family-owned place and the food is delicious and comes in big portions. Tunafish, osso buco, veal lever, satimbocca ..all very good and with al dente vegetables. As desert, the waiter recommended one big plate with four types of Italien specialities. Nice! Together with the food, we had white and red Wine of the House, these wines were a little disappointing, but we all got great experience and value for money "
