"Angelockt durch Mundpropaganda - Mitarbeiterin (Urlaubsbekanntschaft) des Nordmeer reiste ich extra aus BS an,um als Fischliebhaber dieses Restaurant zu testen. Das Interieur ist auf den ersten Blick sehr altmodisch,doch dies stellte sich nach der herzlichen Begrüssung mehr als unwichtig heraus,wollte ich dort ja nicht wohnen,sondern nur delikat essen.Nach dem Studium der Speisekarte und einer kompetenten Beratung entschied ich mich für eine Nordseescholle mit hausgemachtem Kartoffelsalat. Solch eine riesige Scholle habe ich seit ewigen Zeiten nicht mehr serviert bekommen. Der Kartoffelsalat musste auf einem Extrateller gereicht werden,da auf demHauptteller die Scholle den gesamten Platz einnahm! Das Menue war äusserst schmackhaft und ich kämpfte mit der Menge.....Mit 14.50€ war der Preis absolut ok.Auffällig war noch und zeugt von hervorragender Qualität,dass das Nordmeer an dem Sonntag sehr gut gefüllt war und zwar fast durchweg mit Stammkunden,die sich ja nicht irren konnten. Ich jedenfalls auch werde immer wieder einmal das NORDMEER aufsuchen,um es mir kulinarisch bestens gehen zu lassen! Moin Moin!"

"Makes a rather inconspicuous impression from the outside. Have visited the restaurant due to the good reviews and were definitely not disappointed. The fish plate for 2 people was super tasty and sufficient. It is also highly recommended to use the Panfish with roast potatoes. Price/performance very good. You can definitely recommend the location. Very nice staff. Come back."
