"I know KFC is bad for my health but having grown up celebrating birthdays with a bucket of chicken I can't help but want to indulge every now and then. My last weak moment was at the Quinpool location of KFC. I ordered a chicken bowl. Very filling and surprisingly tasty. Staff were friendly and it didn't take long to get my order."

"We had the best service! A young man named Justin went over and above! Polite! Kind! Accurate order! And then later we see him tidying up and emptying garbage cans. All with a positive attitude and pride in his work. First time we have ever seen this young man…but would happily have him serve us again (Would hire him if I had a business). Impressed to see young people, like Justin, work so hard."

"Showed up without the fries I ordered. Was told by the driver there weren 't enough. A call informing me would have been nice as maybe I would have gotten something else. Pizza was not hot. Also showed up with an extra $5, 'out of delivery area, ' charge that was not disclosed either at any time."
