"Food is cheap and good. They have a lot of options to choose from and its not bad for a late night snack. Delivery is slow sometimes and pizza comes cold but that doesn't happen often. Down side though you can't use your Dough points to pay for delivery."

"The journey started on a enjoyable phone call, chatting with their customer service agent; super polite Delivery was quick; under 30 mins. In a city. On a holiday. Big ups! Personally, I found the delivery man to be hilarious as he informed me that he, distinct from every other delivery man, did NOT require a GPS. Absolute legend. As for the pizza…bomb crust. Sort of a low rise, deep dish style. Heavy but worth it. Toppings were generous and tasted great; big fan of the red peppers "

"I buy from them on a weekly basis. Never disappoint and service is always fast. Online ordering is so easy and the track your order feature is so handy. I rarely ever order delivery since I live minutes away but by the time I...place my order get in the car and drive over it'll be just getting out of the oven. Sometimes they don't charge me for dipping sauces and when they made a mistake with me once they refunded my entire order they didn't have to but she felt bad for messing it up). I'm still getting my pizza from there every week even if I do eat pizza from other places occasionally."

"The staff is friendly and professional. The food takes a bit too long to get prepared but at least it's fresh and prepared on the spot.The menu is limited I think but still has few good options. The buffet used to be good but now it's more expensive and depends on the time of the day, sometimes it's not fresh or most of it is just empty.They have a kids eat free a day or two a week which is really good. The kids menu has few different options with a drink and dessert. There is an activity room for kids with a tv and few toys, my kid loves going there FOR that reason.The half off appetizers at night is a really good deal.We've tried delivery once, we've messed up our order a bit and it took like an hour to get delivered (even though the store is a kilometre away).Overall it's a nice place for a quick lunch/dinner or decent pizza. Not too expensive and the service is nice."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been here multiple times and it has always been the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I only go here because it is one of the few places with plant based options past 10pm. Every time I go, I amgreeted by a person who never seems to know how to work the cash and I always have to wait upwards of 15 minutes for a singlesandwich. Today was the final straw when I ordered a plant based chicken sandwich at 9pm and was told they didn?t have themanymore. When I asked when they stopped, the person at the counter not only could not answer my question, but barely gave me afull sentence. I left and accepted that the sandwich was discontinued. Out of curiosity, when I got home (10 minutes later) Ichecked Uber eats to see if the sandwich was gone. It was still there! At the same location I was just at! I ordered it andreceived it! Why did they lie to me? I called to complain and they transferred me around and could not answer my question ortake accountability. He tried to tell me they might have received an order at 9pm at night, as if that how it works. I amfrustrated but more so confused at the absolute incompetence at this location. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. I willnever go back there, I?d rather walk to 20 minutes to Subway."
