"Stopped in for a casual afternoon of blackjack and slots ruined by arrogant dealer. James dealt a couple of shoes where only one at our table did any good. OK, fine that 's the game. Just for conversation, I asked if he thought I should have split 4s against his 5. He said: I don 't give advice to people who don 't take care of the dealer. I was shocked. Really? I replied that, Iike many players, I regularly tip the dealer when I 'm done playing, and intermittently if I get a winning hand or two. He said: I don 't play that. My experience and knowledge is worth something. Pit boss was oblivious to the exchange. James was relieved by the dealer from the next table, and on his way out I tossed him a $5 chip. No response, no thank you. Just attitude. Why should anyone go there if that 's the way you 're going to be treated. Answer the question and maybe the player will stick around and maybe even make more money for the house. Idiot."

"Owner and staff were awesome. Tons of style. Very nice accommodations. I could overlook the loud bands that play until 10, but I cannot get over the fact that all the rooms are keyed alike so anyone staying there or made a copy has full access to your room even when you're there. Terrible idea and easy to fix so no good reason it hadn't. Won't stay there again for that reason alone. Rooms: 4"

"They are always hunted out when all my people drink. I have proved that we spend $500 per month at this place a month and if they are from hunter or red bull, we have always been willing to buy a bottle or dose for the cash. but tonight we were told that this was not allowed and they never allowed it.. what calls me a lousy in the ground because we have 3 or 4 different places. we have gone into this bar since we moved here in the March 2021, but will never go into another established by this peculiarity because of the way I was treated tonight. please see my upside screenshots to prove my purchases in the march."

"We arrived at 5:45 to a semi empty restaurant. Got seated quickly and our server even got our drinks quickly. But for some unknown reason to us, it took 35 minutes for our 4 appetizers to show up. Then not very quickly the remaining 3 appetizers came out. We ordered our entrees around 6:45, and ended up getting it packed up to go because by 7:10 we still didn't have our entrees. It was mainly pasta and salad ... I'm not sure what the problem was because it wasn't very busy, and everyone else was getting their food. Just not our table of 6. Overall the food tasted fine, maybe a smidge overpriced, but the wait was preposterous. We were there an hour and forty five minutes and ate 6 appetizers (two of which was burnt queso) and had 3 drinks. Basically don't come here if you're in any bit of a rush."
