"Had lunch in Patra by Jaypee Greens but nothing like 5 star. Waiters do not how to serve , even in whole restraurant there was 2 waiters only. Food is good but service is very average. Even they did serve water till 20 mins. Price is very high but service is low."

"This place is in a good location. Attitude of one man sucks. He was serving bru coffee as filter coffee. I politely objected and his response was terrible. He started explaining that filter coffee is made that way only. I told him I was born and brought up in coffee land (Coorg in karnataka) and he need not explain to me how coffee is made. He simply took the coffee cup back and told me that that is what they can serve. I shall never visit that place again."

"Have been visiting Haldiram for over 1 year now and have always been satisfied but have experienced poor service quality & delays when they have a group.I was there couple weeks back and this was the 2nd time I experienced delays of over 40 minutes in getting my order served. On normal days, it is perfect place but on days with groups, I won;t venture again...Seems they are not equipped to handle the large groups..."
