"Having visited the venue before having had good food and service we decided to revisit, wrong move, this time we found the service and staff very disjointed and slow, the menu being very basic. When we arrived we chose a bottle of wine only to be told by another staff member they had run out then we went to order a second bottle of what we had during the meal only to be told we have run out. To add to this one of our party ordered Halibut which was very dry and chewy and another person in our party ordered Bread and Butter pudding which when served was covered inside with chocolate chips and not the normal dried fruit. There was no mention in the menu it had chocolate in it because if it had it wouldn't have been chosen due to not liking chocolate desserts. This could be very dangerous as one of our nieces who fortunately wasnt with us is allergic to chocolate due to some containg nuts . Our overall experience was very disappointing for the price we paid and it dampened our birthday celebration. Also one of our party was only drinking and it appears we were charged £5 for the privilege. The only saviour was the entertainment and view."

"Must be the smallest large' portion of chips I've ever purchased. I bought took them to take home. They cost £4. I thought the bag felt a bit light when the woman handed them over, but I thought it may just seem like that....But when I got them home my suspicion was confirmed. No more than two handfuls. About 2 of those £1 cones which are often sold at seasides like Bournemouth. Absolute rip off. I wont go in this shop ever again. On top of this the people are not that friendly. Perhaps they don't think they have to make an effort. Well they do. With their service their product. I love chips. In future, I'll go elsewhere. Their selfishness unfriendly nature has lost them a potential long term customer. I'll still get my chips from another shop so I wont be losing a thing. This shop will never see my money again. Ever."
