"Badiane took over from a viet resto about a year and a half ago. After one year and several family lunches in this place, I must say they are one of the best places to go in this area. As in all places they struggled to find people to manage service, but this summer in spite of deep frequentation, they found the right and efficient persons. Food is fresh and good, from appetizers to desserts. I just wish they can renew their menus some time and also accept more payment means. For French tourists this would be a real improvement. Otherwise, good luck for their second year."

"Superbe moment passé dans le restaurant le pheobus du chef Xavier Mathieu Nous avons choisi à la carte. C était un véritable délice. Seul tout petit bémol, les conseils sur le vin étaient assez pauvres et les vins sont tous très jeunes. Dommage car certains plats mériteraient mieux."

"Passing through the region we test "bread on the board," a card that really makes you want! The choice is difficult! we opt for the burger which is fabulous bread, fries houses! and pasta "the Provencal" succulent! to know that they also offer breakfast as awesome! If you pass in the corner, stop!"

"After our concierge massaged the reservation we requested in gordes, we found a restaurant for our last night in Provence. we found vieux bistrot and were kindly greeted by the owner. this restaurant is very charming and cozy in the inner. all. our dishes were perfect and the wee was local and amazing. vieux bistrot is at the lower edge of the approach to gordes and so they cannot find it if they are not looking. but it is definitely worth the additional five minutes to get there! highly recommended."

"Two pals and their wives who run this bar just for the fun of it. If you have the chance to fall into their arms on a Sunday morning, market day, just go for the German beer and perhaps a grilled whatever. If you can't find them, then hard luck ' cause I know where they are !"
