"Fantastic, tasty, super tasty eating but shocking, very slow service. terrible waiting time. just three waiters for over 40 tables. wait for the net, wait for the drinks, wait for the pudding, wait for the bill...Waiting, wait. super friendly and courteous staff (then you can only not cope with so many commands. where is the management, where is the owner?"

"They meet during the COVID-19 correct precautions, and I had a great experience here. there are a few tables from the back to sit that are in the front part of the load roped. eating is very good as always for kfc."

"Thought we would try brunch here two adults one child . Can't comment on the food as the service was very unprofessional and we decided to leave . Asked to be seated and was straight away restaurant was busy but far from full one server but about 3 others working behind the counter . Initially great sat menus given drinks ordered after about 10 mins drinks arrived but server dashed off no order taken about 15 to 20 mins later she came back to take the order and by know the restaurant had thinned out of customers . Takes order then after yet another 10 mins comes back to say they couldn't supply my daughters order a small stack of cinnamon pancakes from there menu at this point we knew our orders had not even been started so guessing at least another 20 mins for food at wich point we decided to ask for our drinks bill paid and left . Won't be going back"

"Yesterday evening with some friends for my nabenbälle was totally on the spot! our waitress katie was ineffective, the best waitress I've experienced for a long time! eating totally on point well the near endless drinks menu was just a pleasure! can't wait to go again (already booked in 2 weeks)! atmosphere amazingly good only a whole round excellent night! 10 of 10!"

"Great food! random journey led us to the kais, starved at the arrival. so many places to choose from eating, it's a past since I've eaten a Friday. we sat right away, quickly chose from the big menu of all kinds. the personal was friendly and welcoming. the food was quickly hot, fresh, tasty and abundant. we could not decide to share as ordered many dings like wings, tacos, kartoffel skins and loaded pommes. would definitely recommend and will be back."
