"I have registered here extra because I simply cannot leave the evaluation of the other colleague. The Gernsheim Döner is simply great, tastefully rare had a better one. Ok taste is different, that is clear, but the meat and bread are anything but fad. When you get in, the boss always stands with a sweatband on the grill and his wife always tries to maintain cleanliness. And what I don't understand should be fat. "Ich hatte Schweinesteak mit Pilzsauße Bratkartoffeln und Gemüse - Preis 17,50 € - bestellt. Es kamen 2 dünne Scheiben Schweinefleisch (Supermarktqualität und durchgebraten) a 70 Gramm. Die Pilze waren 8 Scheiben aus der Dose ! 8 Paprikastückchen - 6 cm lang und 5 mm breit. Die Bratkartoffeln waren 2 mittlere Kartoffel - mit Schale - längs in 8 Teile geschnitten. Die Sauße waren 3 Esslöffel aufgekochte Sahne. Warenwert 2 €. Eine Unverschämtheit so etwas für 17,50 € zu verkaufen. EIn Glas Wein (0,2) 5 €. Da kann hingehen wer will. Wir nicht mehr. Ein Fall für die Kochprofis."

"First of all: A few years ago, I was very enthusiastic about the service and food with friends at the Bistrot de Vinotage. Since we, especially in times of Covid-19, are trying to support locals, more than others, we have with friends on Tuesday, 28. July 2020 at 19:00h in the Bistrot de Vinotage in Biebesheim. The service power seemed somewhat insecure and sometimes overwhelmed, but this is not a fundamental problem. The drinks were taken up, then served sometime. When we came, a few people were sitting at the table on the left of us, but their society was not complete. The table behind us was still uncovered and another table as well. The company left next to us was quite fast complete and the empty tables were gradually occupied, about at the time when we waited for the reception of the dishes. Every time we tried to show the service power that we would like to order, this has overlooked our desire. Can happen as far as no big drama. However, when the tables that were occupied after us, the dishes were already taken up before, or some of them were already served aioli and bread, while our order was not even accepted, then the understanding of our part also made some sense. Unfortunately, this could not be done directly with the service power, as it did not look attentively in the round at your walk through the tables but always disappeared quite quickly in the inner. I decided to call on the inside by phone and ask if it is possible to order the food. Apparently, I had the boss on the phone, who had to be a joke. Directly afterwards, the service power came out and actually picked up our order. A few seconds later, the boss came after me, well-noticed without mouth protection or facial sight, to talk about what the call should be asking and that in times of Corona you could only afford a service and you have to understand here and that if that was a joke, this was a bad joke. Apart from the fact that this was not a joke, but simply the attempt to get the food ordered, in a way that might be unusual, but that you would not normally have to resort to as a guest when the service picks up orders according to the order as the tables are occupied, and not without recognizable pattern round order. As a bad joke, I felt it was more of the boss to mention Corona in one breath, and to come to the table in another without a mask or visor. Furthermore, I found the chief's tone, who did not ask for the reason of the call, nor in any way has said something customer-friendly, completely unacceptable and completely deposed for a host in the hospitality industry. Until this performance, I had absolute understanding for all the inadequacies, which however completely disappeared through the appearance of the boss. You don't have to be treated as a guest, and in my opinion, as a boss, you have to question what went wrong at all, rather than pluck the guests like that. The food (Tapas) came after we waited about 75 minutes. Unfortunately, 2 portions of Alioli were missing, which were served at other tables at the very beginning, but not with us. We only had two small bowls that we had eaten to the patatas instead of salsa. This was then taken out even after a short discussion with the service power. The food was fresh, very tasty, but the servings for the price ratio were unusually small. The 2 stars are unique for the good, fresh food as well as the nice service power the great ambience. Because of the unprofessionality of the boss, we will no longer return there."
