"We love the food but can't support a restaurant that constantly closes their restaurant to tend to catering orders and half the time they suddenly close. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance for a party of 8 for a birthday celebration and when we showed up they were closed. I called, no answer. I went to their Facebook page I saw they made a post earlier in the day saying they are closed. I commented on their posts and instead of apologizing and responding professionally, they deleted the entire posts so no one could see their unprofessional business practices. They never called me to say they would be closed and I had people traveling from Chicago for the birthday dinner. They need to either become a catering business only or hire people to handle their catering orders so they can run their actual restaurant business instead of randomly closing the restaurant. We will not return as a customer after the lack of communication, lack of professionalism and lack of proper business practices."
