"My wife and I made a reservation at this restaurant by email, to be sure that we would have something to eat after the opera performance the Magic Flute' from Mozart on Friday The staff was very friendly and helpful, that was no problem....The menu card was written in German language, which is strange, because we think this restaurant attracks many tourists. We noticed that the kitchen apparently couldn't handle the orders. Many people had to wait for their food quite some time. After our diner, which was nice and tasteful, we asked for the card so we could have a look for a dessert. In the meantime we saw several people leave the place in displeasure, and I saw the waiter (who we asked for the card) clearing tables and rearranging them, while we still had not received the card. it was fairly clear to us that the entire team of the restaurant couldn't cope with the stress at that moment. So we also left the place, like many other people, without having a dessert (because we were afraid we would have to wait for it too long). However, what bothered me the most afterwards was the settlement. The waiter allowed himself a tip of over on the bill. The bill says Trinkgeld on top of an amount of So I paid It is of course my own fault that I did not check the bill. But we were glad we could leave the place. "It was a great place to go after Schönbrunn palace visit. It seems like you need to make a reservation to have a relaxing lunch or dinner. I went there without any reservation, but they kindly let me have a dinner for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The food was great, and staff were all extra friendly. I greatly appreciate their food and service, and left a bit tips, and they offered me a free shot of Ouzo (Greek). So nice to visit there, I recommend you going there for sure for dinner!!"
