"After waiting 20minutes for my food they forgot my sons ice cream blizzard but brought my food. They apologized and said they would bring it to my table. After another 10min I went back to the manager and he looked at me startled after I mentioned not getting the ice cream. He blamed a worker and left to go to his office. Today I went and no one answers at the drive thru. I give up on this place….."

"Better than usual but It’s not as good as Ontario for some reason it’s not the same taste not the same recipe and every time I make the moistake of eating on the Quebec side I regret my choice as the taste isn’t the same as othwr KFC around the world. Honestly I ´ d rather cross the bridge (there is a branch in Ottawa at the same distance from this one from my house) Additionally they closed the branch on Mallonay so the convinience is gone I have to mention that the saff at this specific branch is very nice and helpful"

"The food and the staff were fine but the washrooms were absolutely disgusting. I couldn't wash my hands because there was no water and had to use my own hand sanitizer instead. There wasn't even a sign saying that there was a problem with the water."
