"Sommes allés après l'heure du lunch pour essayer la poutine traditionnelle. Superbe assemblage de frites, de vrai sauce à Poutine et non BBQ et de vrai fromage. Il ne reste plus qu'à ajouter du poivre et déguster une vrai Poutine qui se compare à ce qui se fait de mieux dans là région des Bois-Francs ( Victoriaville, Plessisville)."

"I came here with my mom. We don’t speak any French. Our server was accommodating, kind and lovely. We ordered the salad bar and I forgot how good it is! I haven’t eaten at a scores since 2010. The chili and toppings was my favourite. I won’t include any pictures of the absolute mess I made of cheese but it was delicious and the fresh fruit options were just that, fresh. Staff came to monitor and change buffet items frequently which was nice to see. The buffet was tidy and stocked well. Server brought me multiple refills. It was a nice experience to have a staff who is so attentive. I can’t wait to go back and build several plates of nachos and salad again!"

"Hubby and I were looking for a "local" restaurant to eat at after a day of sight-seeing. We found this place and really enjoyed our meals. The chicken was cooked just right and seasoned perfectly. The sweet potato fries were nice and crisp. We both were very satisfied and found a few other St-Huberts to eat at while on vacation."
