"Food was fine, we had a good time. But, the restaurant would benefit from a serious and thorough cleaning. For example, the door to the kitchen is black with grime where you push it open. Same with sticky doors in the bathroom. They really need to go through it with a toothbrush and get all the bits of dirt out. We will go back, probably for the luncheon specials. We had the Lobster House Special, War Won Ton soup, French Style Beef, and Seafood Fried Rice, which we'd only recommend to the adventurous, unless Sea Cucumber and similar is normal for you. It was crowded, 30 minute wait. Folks were very nice."

"I go here for Dim Sum on the weekend since my daughter love it there, server is always nice, it now run by a new owner but the staff is the same, they also now charge you per person for tea even if you drink it or not, normally I would be the only one who drink tea, it a $1 per person, table of 3 would be $3Food: 4/5"

"First time here. Very long line for dim sum.(I take this as a generally good sign that the food is good. Waited about 50 min to get a table. (26 groups in front of us. They use yelp's wait list feature which worked well. I was able to see exactly where we were in line in real time via the Yelp app. This freed us up to walk around and do other things while we waited. Prices were higher than I remember for dim sum, but, apparently, this is now par for the course. Service was very fast and efficient once we were seated. Food was delicious and hot. Tea was ok. Allow $35-40 per person plus tip. We will come again."
