"Didn't give correct food, was an online order, was almost 20 minutes late getting me my order. What I did get didn't taste good at all. Don't know what they are doing there? Someone or all need to be fired. Not a good experience."

"Zero customer service, sat at bar for 15 min was not acknowledged by any of the 4 staff members, when I asked if I should just serve myself the staff member said oh yeah the bartender is in the office, should I go get her? I left, I can understand being short staffed, and possibly having to wait longer. But that 's just ignorant behavior and I don 't have time for it. Applebee 's corporate should spot check this place."

"Disappointing!! I ordered two Chicken Tender meals for my kids on Door Dash and the tenders were extremely burnt/crisp. It actually took me a second to even realize what they were when I opened the trays. I didn't expect my kids to eat that nor did I want them to. I have NEVER seen chicken tenders be served like this. I felt the need to post this and share photos because this is completely unacceptable. (They are in a different plate because I took them out so my kids could at least eat the fries)"

"There was no cheese sauce the noodles were dry. Thankfully I ordered extra pepper sauce. Could barely bite into the chicken it would so hard."

"Food had a great flavor but this place is WAY overpriced for the portions. I had the steak kabobs and there was literally 3 bites of meat on one small skewer and a couple of small pieces of onion 2 small mushrooms and 2 bites of green pepper on the other skewer at a cost of $23. I’ve gotten a bigger meal ordering from the kids menu at other places. My husband’s 10 ounce ribeye and a spoonful of mash potatoes was $30. I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star ONLY because what little bit of food we had did at least have a good flavor but it wasn’t good enough to ever go back and pay the HIGH price for such a small amount of food."
