"We had booked a table at hopening time, and the experience was very nice... Until the restaurant filled up and both the kitchen and service started running behind...Maybe they were looking forward to the holidays, maybe they were understaffed, but after the mains, things started going down, which is very unfortunate since the starters and the mains were absolutely excellent! Food : great, and 5* Service : good, then got overrun..."

"I would usually give a standard rating on a nominal large hotel chain. The here are totally justified due to the fact that the staff working there had an welcoming, friendly and supportive approach, from the very first moment we arrived (couple very young children) around Good breakfast. We came here after having my worst hotel experience in life: being REFUSED at to check-in my children in a room previously paid, in another hotel located some away near Sadroc (source de la vallée). I’m still waiting for that refund."

"The coronavirus goes up to them. The staff is more than unpleasant. Managers engulf employees in the eyes of all as close their kitchen... A person is here to deter clients from going home so badly speaks by giving orders : no p'us of a person to order otherwise you go out... This table is reserved for staff thanks to go sit elsewhere.... While there's no news... very long service. And the worst part is that at the drive they regularly forget products in the controls. It's not an oblivion but an institution. Go your way. It's to vomit this atmosphere."
