"After attending a conference where the founder spoke about service I was ready to try my first Shake Shack . It was not good. After getting our first text about how they would let us know when our food was ready, we waited and waited. No text came. I finally got up to check l on things and there was our food just sitting on the side of the counter. It was cold and I told the employee and he just shrugged and turned away. I don't think I will eat there again, unless it's just to get a shake."

"Excellent customer service! This is my wife's favorite bakery, so I decided to surprise her and get her favorite cake. My order was ready on time, and the gentleman who rang me out was super friendly and professional.Their cakes are extremely light, so you don't feel as guilty when you are eating it.
