"After attending a conference where the founder spoke about service I was ready to try my first Shake Shack . It was not good. After getting our first text about how they would let us know when our food was ready, we waited and waited. No text came. I finally got up to check l on things and there was our food just sitting on the side of the counter. It was cold and I told the employee and he just shrugged and turned away. I don't think I will eat there again, unless it's just to get a shake."

"OMGOODNESS! The last time I was in a Cap City Fine Diner many years ago and it was on the OSU campus. This time I ate in Ghanna and it was great! Our reservation was for 1p and we were allowed to sit even though we waited for the rest of our party. Our server, Morgan, was absolutely great. To the point! Had the opportunity to talk to the manager, Jason, and he was just as brilliant. Oh, and I said that I ordered balsamic chicken with potatoes on a lemon balsamic sauce with paprika, caramelized mushrooms and I had added them caramelized onions. So good, so good. I can't wait to try some other dishes again."
