"Gave me a hard time for curbside pick up when I arrived; something about only for special requests/cases. They wanted me to come in even though when I ordered online, it stated clearly at the top they do curbside. I would not have ordered otherwise. I told the guy my family and I are high risk, have my kid with me, and if they could please bring it out. Said, I would even meet them at the door. I met the lady at the door, I said thank you, she then proceeds to ask if I would like to add a tip to my card. SO rude to ask for a tip in any situation, but to ask when it is a pick up order, and all she had to do was walk my pizza from the front of the store to the back of the store. Also, a lot of people opt for pick up, to save money. Cosmos has been great for years, up until this. Not going back, they made me feel like a bother and was just so awkward. On the plus side the pizza is good!"

"Fantastic place to go if they don't cut a pizza and want to be treated like hot garbage from employees. amy her general manager will answer them very inconspicuously and give apologies clear that they will only be left alone. no wonder that the pizza hut has lost all credibility as a brand. even the owner's answer is generic kopie paste"

"First the guy cooking the pizza was rude and sloppy with the utensils (not cleaning them) The pizza didn't really have too much flavor the pizza sauce was Sour.... if you're looking to have a good vegan pizza I would not recommend this place...go to PizzaRev instead cause they have vegan sausage (beyond)"

"My Pizza was burned cheese burned, spinach was black. And we asked to have them ring and hand us the pizza, like the old days, but driver left it outside and we found it much later, it was cold. I had a good pizza last time we ordered, only reason they got a star."
