"We had to wait very long time for service. I called before coming and ask if I can bring my own alcohol they said yes but didn?t mention that they charge $15 When we got the bill I called for the boss. He was so Not professional was arguing with me about the $15 Than he asked us if he came here before I said that was our first time so he removed $15 charge but made the situation so not comfortable it was my birthday we tried to celebrate. Horrible people. Would never put myfoot in. And on top of all all the food was salty. SUPER SALTY."

"We were invited to wedding cruise there and it was an excellent event and a most enjoyable evening. The cruise ship was decorated for Christmas. The food was delicious and the staff was very courteous to all the guests. Beautiful venue to celebrate all the events of our lives. Beautiful nighttime views of New York."

"1/1/2023 my family went there to celebrate my sister birthday at the day brunch. I have there and safety approaches to us and said I tell you that “no hoodie, sweat suits, and definitely not those sneakers”. I had no sweat suit I had with Velourgrau robot. My son had on the sweater. My sneakers were Jordan 1 Custom and as you saw in the pictures, the people on sneakers even had Jordan. We have not said a word and they have not even welcomed us with respect. I'll never support her."

"Was a few weeks ago here for a high time in the small room below. the only positive thing I can say is the room decoration was beautiful. the cocktail hour was pretty good. but that was so great. the main course was served cold and tasteless. it was very disappointing. the worst part was that they served dinner at almost 10 o'clock and then the teller were picked up about half an hour later, whether it was eaten or not. I counted about 10 guests who had no dinner. that was the brautparty. while they helped the bridal exchange outfits, the meal was taken away without even taking a bite! when they complained, the answer was good kitchen is closed and there is no personal! I felt very sorry for the braut and tantigam; they didn't want to annoy them on their high-time day, so they went without dinner. the personal was unapologetic and rude. the braut told me that her bridal suite visitor did not speak English and she could not communicate with her without a translator. pity on the terrace on the park to ruin what a magical evening should have been."

"Came here for a birthday celebration. Staff were wonderful. Very attentive and courteous. The food was delicious. They were very happy to prepare special food for my family member who has gluten allergy They made a gluten free pasta dish, which she enjoyed very much. Would definitely recommend"

"Despite the not ready room at the arrival, which will be ready to inform and we were updated to an upper stage. our family of 5 decided to choose hyatt place because of the location to all restaurants for our eating fest weekends and not disappointed. amazing restaurants in the same building or just a few blocks away. the gym was small but functional and had all the equipment needed to do a full workout. the room was spacious, which often hard to find with 3 teenagers, clean and everything worked as expected. will definitely be back."
