"Kulu in flushing is a casual, affordable, and takeout friendly spot, with an extensive menu serving both traditional and innovative Hong Kong style desserts. I've come with my fam a few times for the classic sweet soups. This time we were drawn by the colorful HK bubble waffles with different ice cream flavors like ube, rose, matcha and black sesame. It took about 20 minutes as the waffles were made to order, and were handed to us crispy on the outside and cakey on the inside. Each cup was visually appealing, filled with a large scoop of ice cream and mixed toppings. ＊Triple Sesame HK Bubble Waffle 芝麻三重奏雞蛋仔 We were pleasantly surprised by Triple Sesame the waffle batter was sesame flavored! It had a slightly nutty and earthy taste from the black sesame seeds speckled on it. It was so impressive that I might grab a plain sesame waffle next time! Also I couldn't deny my bias towards dragonfruit. ＊Ube Ube HK Bubble Waffle 香芒紫薯雞蛋仔 Ube ice cream was on the sweeter side, nothing groundbreaking but simply enjoyable. It was generously topped with mango, mochi and granola drizzled with ube syrup, adding fun textures to the dessert. Personally not a fan of ube mango combo, but if you enjoy tropical flavors, you should def get this one. I also wish the mashed or pureed ube was added to the original bubble waffle to further enhance the flavor and color. ＊Mixed Fruit Tea 四季鮮水果冰茶 ＊Cheese Taro Milk 芝士奶蓋芋香鮮奶 Their staff recommended me their bestselling fruit tea, and I was amazed by this refreshing choice. I ordered it with 30% sugar and less ice, so the sweetness level was just perfect. It consisted of a base of brewed tea combined with fresh fruit slices. Cheese taro milk was average, so save your quota for their tea."

"You should come here if you want to enjoy some egg waffles and ice cream! I like the build your own concept. They have other drinks and dessert options. I always come here to get original waffle with chocolate ice cream and strawberries. They always tend to mess up the topping. But it’s okay!"

"How many vegan options Bareburger has! Half of their menu is plant-based! We tried the beyond Burger, impossible Burger, and the beyond sausage. I often had all these products, but I was curious how Bareburger did them because there are so many places and it is a good place to go with a lot of mixed eaters. It is great that a whole page of the menu is vegan, up to sauces, cheese, etc!! Everything was good, but I would say that the burgers were dry and overcooked. They were cooked like a well-made Rindburger. These herbal products should not be cooked exactly like meat because they are not meat. They can be much more jucier than they were prepared at this Bareburg site. It was a shame that we brought someone here to try the products they never had before, and it wasn't the best presentation how good they could be. They were good, don't get me wrong, but they can be better. Nevertheless, it is a solid option, especially when it comes to a group. The desserts were delicious, but they got them elsewhere. Carrot cakes and mint shakes were bomb!!"

"Ordered delivery of The Original American Chicken and it quickly became together and into my hands within half an hour. I chose a family dinner: 1 whole chicken, Pita bread and 2 pages. $18.50 if the order in-store, but with the delivery there was about $25 including tax and service fee. There is a decent selection of 20 pages, but not many of them have impressed me. I ended up with a potato salad and Yuca/Cassava. The potato salad is not bad, but the Yuca was a bit dry and tasteless. The chicken was good and damp! It is slightly seasoned so that I added some of my own spices above, because I like extra flavors"
