"I have shaved in the past about Hiro’s, another very good sushi restaurant in Flagstaff, but Fuji, after a slightly rough opening a few months, has become my sushi standby. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their cooked food — reasonably delicious lunch time Bento boxes and noodle dishes — is simply not as tasteful or as diverse as Hiro. But on the sushi front? Mmmmm, it's all so good! Well made, fresh and with some nice inventive specialties. Fuji is my impulse lunch off, and one of the spots I'm really happy to go for dinner."

"Surprisingly civilized! Probably the 2nd most dive-e-est dive bar in DT Flagstaff but service was good, drinks were good, welcoming atmosphere and great live band! Way better than Collins Pub (sat night) for us. Will be back."
