"I'm almost reluctant to write this as I worry the place will be so busy if word gets out that I'll find it hard to get a look in... Having tried many in the area, this has become our go to fish and chip shop in Falmouth. It's the best tasting by far and always fresh. Delivered to our hard to find flat by the redoutable Steve our xl cod were hot and tasty roll on Wednesday for the next opening : I'm sad they no longer offer onion rings on the delivery menu and pea fritters would be a great addition along with offering batter scraps for us afficionados of their joyous batter"

"The potatoes were evidently well past their best. The cell structure was broken down, so the chips were limp and a weird dark brown. I'd say the spuds were starchy, like they were preparing or already sprouting. The saveloy was cold and blue inside totally unappetising. Chucked the lot away"

"I have never before been served such inedible food from a chippy. Woman was really nice to the, presumably local, man in front of me and asked him to wait because she was waiting on some fresh chips. She asked me what I wanted and I said Sausage and chips and she just went on and served me the old chips that she wouldn't give to him. I expect she thought i was too old to review the place on the internet. Touch luck. Don't go here. The sausage was burnt and cold, and the chips were even worse than that."
