"Ordered McFlurry’s for the kids and they came melted. This was no big deal it happens. I asked the sales area manager very politely if she wouldn’t mind replacing them. She agreed. However, then ignored us. Kids were getting restless after waiting a further 10 minutes. Unfortunately had to ask again. The girl then went to get them again came back to the table with another 3 that had melted again. Left with no option but to request a refund which was given. However no empathy whatsoever shown for child leaving in tears with no ice cream."

"My family has been here for over 3 years. a waitress reminded us every time we get back. even after a 2 year break because of kovid eating is always on a high standard and service fast. the prices do not reflect a value ratio on the food page, and if they order a pizza from the large children's menu. 1 pizza will feed 2 x under 7s. they are massive, I wish them all well at the upcoming renovation start on Saturday for 2 weeks and I will see them soon to see the new look restaurant."

"Ordered takeaway via phone, and was ready by time we picked up. Tried the pizza. My oh had meat pizza which was lovely. I had spicy chicken which was meant to have red onion on it. Unfortunately they put on large chunks of white onion which just didn't cut it. The chunks were too large, the texture was quite slimy in the pizza and it doesn't taste as good as red onion on pizza. Ended up having to pick it all off which was as shame as the pizza itself was good but i would be reluctant to have a pizza with onion on it now given this experience. Staff themselves were very nice."
