"Had a group for lunch today. Ordered quite a bit. Everything was decent. The meat twinkies were interesting. We tried most of the appetizers. I liked the cheese curds best. The boneless wings were ok, I was not a huge fan. I did enjoy the wrath burger, it had a nice kick to it but not overly spicy. The avocado was a nice touch. The pork tenderloin sandwich was good. Several of us tried the brussel sprouts as a side. I liked them. They were pretty heavily salted but had good flavor. Fries were good. Staff was most excellent. A decent brew selection with some unique finds. Worth the stop!"

"Love the names for the food items. They lead to we have to try this! !! Which lead to sharing the Meat Twinkie and Meat Fries. Both were outstanding and lived up to their names. Loaded with Meat, deep fried, dripping with cheese, all the badness that tastes oh so good. They really should be found somewhere on someone 's Fall Fest menu. For our taste test challenge the fries won. It is hard to win against fries. The next had to try was the peanut butter burger. It was dripping with a peanut sauce that was so good it had to be mopped up with the burger. The mushroom Swiss was everything it should be with a buttery bun that gave it all the flavor it need no need for mayo, ketchup or my favorite mustard. The Brussel Sprouts were deep fried, a unique take on this newly made over veggie. It would have been easier to eat with a spoon. But they disappeared none the less. Loved the decor inside and out. The waitress was amazing, so witty and funny, kind and friendly. We enjoyed our visit and will return."

"I you want a nice place by the river to eat. You really need to go into the Shriners lil restaurant. The are always kid friendly. They have a patio that you can see the river walk from. The food is excellent and their buffet is $9.99. With a wide variety of things to choose from. The menu is something you will just have to see for yourself. The portions a big and the adult beverages are strong. They have a kids menu. The staff is friendly. They also can do private parties. So if you want a cozy quiet place to eat. I recommend them. Also you know it is the Shriners and money spent supports all their childrens programs."
