"Das Haus und der Speiseraum machen einen sehr guten EindrucK. Man kann zunächst durchaus von einer "Wohlfühlathmosphäre" sprechen. Auch die Bedienung machte einen ausgezeichneten Eindruck. Aber was ist mit den Kochkünsten los? Es wurden Teller gebracht, die für unseren Geschmack überdekoriert waren was erheblich zur allgemeinen Qualität der Speisen im krassen Gegensatz stand. Ein völlig durchgegarter versalzener Lachs mit ebensolcher Sosse, was eigentlich nicht hätte serviert werden dürfen. Entgegenkommend hat man aufgrund unserer Reklamation wenigstens Ersatz angeboten. Aber zufriedenstellend war der auch nicht.Dazu kommt der überteuerte Preis.(Am Rande bemerkt: Ein wenig Brot nachbestellt mit einem Töpfchen Gruß aus der Küche, wurde auch noch berechnet.) Da wir zwei Tage später in Ahrweiler zu einem wesentlich günstigern Preis/Leistungsverhältnis exelent gegessen haben , wissen wir, wovon wir sprechen.Ich glaube nicht, dass wir nach der Erfahrung nochmal einen Versuch machen werden."

"Wij hebben dit hotel gekozen omdat we 2 dagen fantasialand bezocht hebben. Het is wel 20 min rijden maar ze hebben ruime grote familiekamers en een prima ontbijt. Een aanrader. De kamer zijn schoon."

"I haven't seen anything like that yet! have been waiting for the food for one and a half hours. it got in the time some other customers to eat her, who had ordered much later! then we wanted to go. suddenly, we could eat it very quickly. but we had no time and of course no more lust! also one of the menus was not as ordered. they told us that they could wrap us up for dinner. because it was wrong, we didn't want it. and we had to go, and we were told that we had to pay for it anyway! there was a discussion. Unfortunately, we could not wait any longer and so we paid for the dirt. if we had not had it in a hurry, we would have passed the police after the action. that can't be right! we still said that they would lose some customers, and so we were passed on with the words that they could give up on such customers! how crisp it is"
