"Service was appalling. No one even came to take our order we had to do it ourselves online. We are waiting for the bill as I type this as we have requested to cancel drinks we ordered over half an hour ago an didn’t receive. Been waiting for 15 minutes for the bill. No one has asked how our food was or anything. People asking if they can order food. Wayne service manager was not welcoming at all. Didn’t ask if we was enjoying our food. Barking orders at a young girl. Absolutely appalling service all round. Feel sorry for the young girl working as she was getting pushed to take angry customers orders."

"We had some vouchers so decided to eat here before a cinema trip. Positives: the staff were friendly, the pizzas were lovely. Negatives: the pasta dishes were awful! Watery, tasteless and overpriced. We remembered why we don't visit these chain restaurants..."

"Although they did not have many vegan options, what they had was good. we had the revolving mountain burger who came with really good riders and was bribed with violit cheese,lettuce tomato and mushrooms. also on every table was heinz vegan mayo. the personal, where very good and friendly."

"I wrote this BK a bad review a couple of years ago as it rightly deserved it at that time. Last month we tried it again and what a brilliant change we encountered ! Food was all well prepared, it was really hot was near cold the tie before) the manageress came and asked us was everything OK with the meal WHILE SHE WAS OUT CLEANING TABLES !! Neither the food nor the service could have been bettered. WELL DONE for such an amazing turn around. Thanks."
