"I've started to get a double beefy lettuce wrapped burger to make a gluten free hamburger (they don't have a gluten free bun). They do a good job with the lettuce wrap. It has always been nice and crisp and wrapped in foil so you can eat like a hamburger. Their burger is tasty too and you get more of that taste without the bun. Their fries are are not coated with flour but are made in a shared fryer that they fryer breaded stuff in."

"Excellent service! The manager was very friendly and approachable. The staff is motivated to do meet customers' expectations. I had a custom build your own burger with lettuce wrap and salmon. It is buy far the best burger I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Salmon was very fresh and prepared right. Fries were great too. You can request sweet potato fries if you'd like as well. My colleagues also enjoyed the food. Prices are more than reasonable. I will be coming regularly, as I work in Edmonton tower. Only downfall is the space; it might be tight on game day. However, it'll be worth the wait unless you prefer Boston Pizza.... Word of advice, if you work in the Edmonton tower, there is a discount; just ask! Cheers."

"What an amazing experience the food is so delicious and open kitchen so you get to watch the show for the most part a 1 man show. I have seen others work with him here and there but from what I see it's a 1 man show. The full menu is so creative every time I come I have to try something new and always have a new favorite. The staff in the front are great as well but man the flavors that come out of BackstairsBurger is mouth watering. If I could give 10 stars I would."
