"I agree...dreadful. I was looking for the well reviewed Turkish Cuisine restaurant on Rose St, but that is now a nice Japanese restaurant. The Turkish alternative around the corner now is Zara's. "Very good choice for those of craving authentic Turkish food. Fast service and well trained staff. The food taste was very good I had two kinds of appetizers spicy Ezme and cacik And for the main dish I had Adana kebab which is a spicy dish. The decorations and the ambience of the restaurant should be improved though."

"On a recent shopping trip round our fair town we found ourselves in old town and needing good food. We'd spotted Laila's before but had not been able to get so this was a perfect opportunity to try lunch as it was fairly quiet. We had a meze style including potatoes (Batata Harra), falafel with hummus, deep fried halloumi with cranberry sauce and Baba Ghanoush with Iraqi bread. It was all delicious and we were full at the end."

"Delicious lamb shwarma on hummus, cauliflower fritters, and sweet potato! Also got the lamb shoulder on the couscous which was fantastic. We also got the aubergine but wasn’t really a fan of it."
