"I normally love Astro burgers. Tonight I went in for 3 shakes and a large fry. I ordered two Oreo/strawberry shakes and one Oreo. The Oreo shake was great but the other two shakes were complete liquid and foam (almost water consistency).They were handed to me In the drive through and almost spilled when they were handed to me they were so liquid. I drive around and went back into the store. The employee that handed me the liquid shakes was already talking to another co worker and laughing as I walked in. I commented that the shakes were not shakes and that something had happened as the Oreo shake was fine but these were not. The employee turned her back on us and started talking to another employee in Spanish. She didn’t know we spoke Spanish. As we were getting a refund the manager asked the original employee (in Spanish) if we wanted new ones. She refused to remake them and told him no. She told HIM (not us)that when they mix the strawberry and Orem the shakes get like this. She never told me this and seemed mad like we had gotten what we deserved for ordering this shake. Another employee was there eating and made a big show of tipping her for the amazing milk shake they had made for him which only made it more uncomfortable. The employee that processed the refund acted like we had offended her personally and barely spoke to us. The food issue I totally get…it happens. The unbelievable rudeness was shocking. Just because Spanish is not my native language doesn’t mean I don’t know what your saying in Spanish. I was just a customer who wanted a shake."

"Sausage selection is good with some unique options. Serving them in the Hawaiian rolls is fun! I would not recommend the Fonz burrito. IMO it had way too many creamy ingredients in it (sauce, cheese, and sunny-side up eggs) and it made the texture overwhelmingly creamy. The flavor was also made very bland because of this. I think it would have been better if there was no sauce, and an inclusion of a pickled ingredient instead. I ended up not finishing the burrito because I disliked it."

"You won't believe it if you haven't had one, but they probably have the best hamburgers around! They beat the regular chains because they're always fresh since they sell more tacos burritos than hamburgers. Nachos are great too, but the jalapenos are HOT!"

"Being a nutritionist, it’s hard to find healthy foods with diverse micronutrients at fast food spots but this place has great options! The food however can be a little inconsistent depending on who’s in the kitchen but still pretty delicious."

"The beehive fried cheese curds were out of this world. The loved the pepperoni pizza with hot honey, wow a def must try! The shaved brussel sprouts were such as treat with the pinyon nuts and lemony vinaigrette. Loved seeing a NM local gruet rose on the menu, a must try if you’ve never had it before"

"I will keep the details simple. 20 chicken bugs were served completely raw and management did nothing about it. they looked normal on the outside and that was good enough for them. They offered “a few free sandwiches instead” as compensation I rejected, and was given $5 back to my $26 dollar order. the photos show how they looked good on the outside. use them in this place is my only advice."

"This location of Carl's Jr. did what I thought was impossible before. They gave me a high-quality burger in a fast food restaurant! Something I haven't seen from McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's for a long time. I had the famous whole Starburger, only 1.99. Looks like it's made for quality, not for a Burger assembly line. . Well done Carl's Jr. in Sandy. Low price, efficiency and quality!"

"Employees cooks manager Of the 8+ times I've been here i have never once seen a manager or the same employee. They are constantly understaffed and employees have always been so nice. Cooks rarely get orders correct if you have a special request (such as no tomatoes). I was prompted to write this review after going here at the 6pm dinner rush. A single front employee who was doing everything. From taking orders, serving orders, making shakes, cleaning tables, and more. I didn't get her name but she deserves a raise for dealing with whatever is going on behind the scenes here. Oh and the food's pretty good. You'll find yourself craving it from time to time."
