"1st time there was 5 stars. Food was fresh slightly cheaper than other like restaurants. 2nd trip was New Year Eve the wait was 30 minutes over what I was promised.food was not as fresh but I contribute this to the extremely high volume of customers. I will definitely go back."

"Let me preface this by saying, every Hardee's I have ever been to has disappointed me and I haven't been to my hometown Hardee's in years. But this Dover location is amazing. Very well run, the manager is very visible and checks up on the patrons. Food is done very quick and tastes good too. This is the only Hardee's I'll go to."

"The service was absolutely poor. It started well, but as soon as we got food. The waitress disappeared and didn't come back to check us out. My beyond Fleischburger was not prepared as it should, and as I said, the waitress was not to find a place. To correct it. Once we got the check, it took at least 20 minutes to get back and pick up the credit card. We will not return to this institution!"

"If I could give less stars I would. Me and my wife are sitting here right now. My food was brought to me pretty quickly and my wife's food was done shortly after however we watched her food sit behind the counter for 15 minutes before they brought it to her. And they were not busy at all. So her fries were already cold and disgusting. Part 2 of this disaster is the place is named great burgers.... the burgers are very bland and almost inedible. There is no flavor to them whatsoever. Pretty bad experience. Thank God this food was free. Wont be coming back even if we get a coupon."

"While they are at the moment a high-risk restaurant, I decided to try them out again. They were and are still my favorite place to grab a quick bite. I asked to see their most recent health report, which they complied with easily since restaurants are required by law to do so when asked. It looked as if everything reported in the news was corrected—something the inspector required them to do before reopening. Before my retirement, I worked in the health industry too, so I trust that the health inspector followed all the guidelines before allowing No. 1 to reopen. The food is still good, and their employees still nice and helpful. I truly believe they deserve another chance by everyone."

"Very friendly, patient and helpful service, fun sauces, I tried mango habanero. The white rice was wet and soft, I’m more used to harder, oily white rice. I loved the black sesame seeds in the sauce. The fries are thin and crunchy reminded me of hot fries chips from back in the day. Overall it was good ?"
