"Oh, my God! Just my favorite meal in Des Moines. We were happy and I couldn't be happier. The service was great, everyone was so nice! I thought portion sizes were great for the price. Food quality was amazing. If you go and don't get the steamed rolls, do it wrong! Overall, I would recommend going here especially for Happy Hour! I can't wait to go back."

"We just celebrated our marriage there with drinks and tacos! They had a killer beer and taco deal going on. We thought the drinks were delicious, the ambiance was perfect, and the staff and service were top-notch!! I would highly recommend, and can’t wait to head back!"

"I was very excited to finally get to try this place after several weeks of attempting. From the time we walked into the restaurant we were treated with a warm and welcoming staff and a very chic decor. The food is where I had the actual problem. Some of the problem stems from what we ordered and some is the overall seasoning or lack there of in our case. Some of the dishes we ordered needed salt and even after adding it still was bland. We ordered a mock drink that wasjust as much as the real thing and it came in a very tiny glass. Overall I think the prices were too high and the food was under seasoned. Not sure I will plan another trip here."

"Americana is an amazing steakhouse and American classic fusion restaurant. Everything on the menu is a great choice, and you’ll be surprised how much you enjoy something you wouldn’t typically order. After dozens of visits, I’ve never had a dish I didn’t like, never encountered any kind of problem, and always enjoyed every single craft cocktail I’ve tried. Americana is a Des Moines staple and a guaranteed good night out. Very fairly priced for the quality Worth every dollar, highly recommend."

"This is place is an experience you will never forget. We went on Thursday for the three course tasting with wine paring. Jared the Sommelier was on point, my wife and I who already love wine had many great conversations throughout the meal. Food off the chart, had the opportunity to meet Chef Sean down to earth with a passion to provide only the best. No question we will be back many times."
