"Had dinner here a while ago when visiting the OGP on the Nürburgring. There was quite a choice but as the temperature was quite hot I chose for a large salad with pfifferlingen a kind of mushrooms which were nicely fried and spread all over the salad in an abundant manner. To join the food I chose a nice icecold Pilsener beer from their own brewery which went well with the dish. The whole beergarten was filled with people but the service was still OK and fairly rapid. The place is centrally located, unpretentious and relaxed."

"Hans Caspari verraste ons met een heerlijke maaltijd. Vleesgerechten in allerlei soorten en maten. Maar andere keuze is ook mogelijk. Mooi opgediend. En dat voor een scherpe prijs. Eerder aten we ertegenover op het terras: Café Caspari Dat was ietsje goedkoper, maar zeker niet zo goed als Haus Caspari. Als je moet kiezen, kies dan Haus Caspari. Veel beter voor een beetje meer geld."
