"I have only been here for a week will update this at the end of my lease. I moved to Denver from Scottsdale, Arizona for work relocation and toured several apartment complexes in Cherry Creek I had only ONE day to view 4 places, get photos, all the information, and make an informed decision within a week! Not only was it beyond stressful but time consuming trying to follow up on questions and get a lease signed in time. Bethany at the front desk SOLD me with her phenomenal wealth of area information and responsiveness through the entire process. Building seems to be quite, views are amazing, and the residents are extremely friendly so far. The only pitfall so far to living here is the fact I’m moving in Oct and they merely have a heated pool not a hot tub. Ok, not the end of the world I’ll use the tub.. however my tub was not cleaned properly and seems to be stained upon move in. I did put in a maintenance request which was promptly handled by a very nice maintenance guy however my tub is still stained a nasty yellow color at no fault to the maintenance guy since he tried his best… still not pleasant!"
